I do not want finances to get in the way of people getting the support they need.   Therefore, I offer a sliding scale for counselling services.  Please contact me to discuss rates- we'll find something that works for both of us.

Tips to make getting help accessible

Sessions may also covered by some private insurance plans- check your coverage.  This means you can get reimbursed for a portion of counselling fees.  My certification is Registered Counselling Therapist- Candidate.

I also offer counselling through different Employee Assistance Program provider companies.  It's always a good idea, if you have insurance through your work, to see if short-term counselling may be covered by your employer.  If so, you can specifically request to see me.
